Ripple Effect Wellness Centre acknowledges that we operate on Treaty 6 territory, the traditional lands of the Cree, Dene, Blackfoot, Saulteaux, Metis and Nakota Sioux. We are grateful to provide space for all of our community to gather, to heal and to connect.

With over 25 years of combined experience in the holistic health field, Eldyka is ready to provide you with a listening ear, effective treatment and soulful offerings.

Eldyka is fuelled by her 4 Cs:  Caring deeply; Compassion; Connection; Community.
It is through this that she can reach and serve a greater number of people.

I believe deeply that all my patients hold within themselves the ability to heal, and that it is my job to simply support them through all of life’s transitions.

to new parents healing from birth;
from children with anxiety

to athletes and weekend warriors with injuries;
from pregnancy care and birth prep to menopause and the wisdom beyond.

About Me:

I am a mom of four and wife to a man I’ve known since 9th grade.  For a very long time, I lived in the trenches of pleasing others even at the cost of burning out, and of never having enough sleep.  I am in recovery from this self-sabotage, and am reminding myself daily to find joy in this crazy journey.  I believe the glass is always half-full and that people are innately good. I think The Alchemist is the greatest book ever, and I feel my best when I trust that the Universe is always conspiring in my favour.

 To speak at your event. Topics can vary, but I am passionate about bringing “sacred living and rituals” to your everyday.
